I'm embarrassed, and she's embarrassed as well.   I've never felt so humiliated in my life. When I opened the package, I knew it wasn't going to be a high-end table, but I figured it would suffice. The bag was flimsy and felt like it was made of thick paper, but the table appeared to be in good condition. I WAS WRONG IN MY EXPECTATIONS. Today I had a 250-pound client come in for her first massage. She was nervous at first, but excited to relax. I heard a loud crack a few seconds after I ushered her into the room to undress and sit at the table. She asked me to wait a minute, and when she opened the door, she was crying, and I noticed that the table's wood had broken in half. IN HALF! I was mortified, and she was as well. Every LMT's worst nightmare has finally come true. It happened to me today, as well. She blamed herself and her weight, no matter what I said about the table's flaws and poor construction. Please don't go through what I'm going through right now. Spend the additional fifty dollars. For $75, you can upgrade to a better table. It says it can hold 450 pounds in the description, but there's no way. My clients' self-esteem has been bruised and battered as a result of this, which is likely costing me business. In terms of cheap equipment, I've learned my lesson, so don't make the same mistakes I did. br>br>I'm going to crawl into a hole and stay there for the rest of my life.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LASH WITH THIS TABLE! Just keep in mind that you won't be able to get close enough to the table by putting your knees or legs under it. However, for the price, it is a good table with good quality, but it is not ideal for lashing. Even though it's still possible, I'd have to straddle the table quite a bit. I just wanted to help out any other lash technicians who might be reading this.

It's packaged in a cheap soft cloth mesh bag. As the table began to tilt away from me, I grabbed one of the handles, which immediately ripped. This isn't a work bag, so don't expect to use it. A bolster does not have a shoulder strap or a pocket. When I took it out of the bag, I noticed how light and secure it was. It contained a plastic flat adjustable headrest with removable cushion, an arm sling, and two padded arm extenders when I opened it. Which are extremely important, given that this table is about 3-feet long. My new table is 4 inches narrower than my old one. I flipped it over after removing all of the pieces and adjusting the height. The table's plastic feet kept slipping on my tile floor, so it took some effort to get them off. When I placed my husband at the table, he noticed a small puncture in the table's top. He claimed that once the arm rests were added, he felt secure on the table, which was sturdy and comfortable. The face hole cutout option in the table was also a hit with him. Unfortunately, any pressure on the table caused it to slide across the tile floor due to the feet. I'm not sure why they aren't made with a non-skid or rubber sole. If you need an affordable table that will be stationary on a carpeted floor, this is a good value, but if you are a working therapist, spend the extra money on a quality table. I hope this information is useful.

I'm only 5 feet tall and work as a mobile massage therapist. Because I am tall and weigh 117 pounds, I needed a light-weight table that would fit easily into my coupe. However, I have some larger clients and was concerned that this table would not be able to handle them. So far, it's held up well under the weight of men and women weighing over 300 pounds, and it's still going strong while I'm working on it. There isn't any swaying or creaking at all. It's fairly light, and it's also simple to get in and out of cars and houses. The arm extensions are also a hit with me. In contrast to other tables, my clients do not feel compelled to keep their arms glued to their sides. One disadvantage is that one of the arm extensions was upside down under the table and became awkwardly compressed when I stored it for a long time. The foam hasn't returned to normal after being out for about 6 months, and I don't expect it to. In comparison to all the benefits, this is a minor disadvantage. Just make sure to store it properly, and you'll have a fantastic table for a fraction of the cost!.

Sadly, you get what you pay for, even if the majority of the reviews were positive! The first thing I notice about this table is how squeaky it is. Even when I double-check that everything is secure, if the masseuse lands or bumps against the table, it makes a grating squeaky noise. br>br>The padding is the second. I can see an indentation on the table from where the person's torso lays after only about 12 hours of use over the course of a month of ownership. The padding has been pushed to the sides instead of being cusioned, and you can feel the wooden board beneath you. I'll try to return even though it's very uncomfortable.
