Jerdon Tri-Fold Two-Sided Lighted Makeup Mirror with 5x Magnification, White Finish

I just received a classic style tri-color from Jerdon There is a panel mirror that I am very disappointed with. Buying it was a replacement for the Clairol True to Light mirror that I've used for over 25 years, and I spent a considerable amount of time shopping for one. When I saw the Jerdon Classic Style model, I thought it looked close, but I received it today and it is not the right replacement at all. In the first place, the cord is way too short, and worse, the light bulb is so light that it moved by itself when I adjusted the side panels, flipped the center mirror, changed the power switch, or moved I considered the outlet for my hair dryer to be one of the most important features of this model. My mirror slides all over the place when I use my hair dryer with it. While all of this is bad enough, I am furious to find out that the phone number they give you on their packaging to call if you have any issues is nothing more than a marketing ruse. The way that was done was It was very disappointing with Jerdon Style and I want to warn others who are coming to Amazon.

Do you remember that makeup mirror under your grandma's bathroom sink that sits at the back of the cabinet? You've reached the end. I find this lighting both comical and useless, as it is big, clunky, and designed in the 90s. Each light setting is illustrated in a photograph to give you an idea of what to expect. I woke up at 400 AM to find it was Day It is the only setting that is remotely useful. I have bought three jerdon makeup mirrors of identical design over the past three years, and I realized that I have to buy these more often than not. As you can see from my attached photos, the reason is mainly due to dimming bulbs. Located on the left is my old mirror, the new one is to the right. When you set the new lights to the same settings, you will see how much brighter they are. As they age, the bulbs begin to darken at the top. I'm not sure if you can see it in my photos. I buy a whole new mirror every year regardless of whether you can replace these bulbs. My mirror gets so caked with dirt, makeup, and grime that it just needs to be replaced. There are some flaws in this mirror, but it is still a good mirror for the most part. To begin with, I do not like the filters Jerdon gives you in order to see how you look in different lighting. Despite the camera's "Day" setting, the slider always seems to work incorrectly and the bulbs never quite line up accordingly. One setting is really all you need - the Day one There is nothing funny about the green, purple, and pink ones The pictures don't flatter anyone, and I have never seen them in any of the homes or offices I've ever seen! Other than this, I have no idea how anyone can find these It would be helpful to Jerdon if he would realize that we want the brightest light possible while applying our makeup, and use In addition to being the only mirror I can find that offers the features I want, I keep buying this mirror because it's the only one I can find that displays the following features. As a first step, I will need a mirror I can plug As I use my mirror A LOT, I would use a lot of batteries if I had one that was on batteries! A second feature I'd like is one with a horizontally swiveling center mirror, rather than one with a vertical one. Swivel chairs that swivel on a vertical axis seem to be completely useless to me. You simply must have a mirror that pivots at an angle on the horizontal plane for doing mascara or if you need to look down. There is good magnification on this picture, but it is distorted a bit. The magnifying glass is not used much by me Since I only use it for tweezing my eyebrows, I don't have an expectation that it will be perfect.

Overall, this is a good product and really one of the only ones in its class that offers The price is still a good deal, so I will continue to buy it until there is something better. In my opinion, it is a good investment, however, one should expect to have to replace it every three to five years. Over the course of three years, you would only pay about $12 per year if the $35 is divided by three.
