The classic style tri-flap jacket that Jerdon made just arrived There is a panel mirror that I am very dissatisfied with. It replaced a Clairol True to Light mirror I've used for over 25 years and it took me a fair amount of time to shop for one. It looks like it just might work, but I received it today and it isn't comparable to the previous model in any way. I'm having problems with the cord, as it is so short. And worse, it is so light, it falls off the wall and slides all over the place when I adjust the side panels, flip the mirror, or change the power switch or I really liked how this model has a power outlet for my hair dryer, which made it stand out from other models. I find that the mirror slides all over the place when I use a hair dryer with it. Having all of this bad news is bad enough, but I'm even more furious to find that the number they have on their packaging for you to call if you have issues is nothing more than a marketing scheme.
