I am sorry to report that the light has diminished drastically. It was only bright for a few seconds and then completely dimmed. It is only through my phone flashlight that I am able to see. Beautiful mirror, great purchase, but here are a few things you should keep in mind if you are looking for one *BOTH Mirrors do not come with AAA batteries (4 required)*BOTH Mirrors do not come with AAA batteries*BOTH Mirrors Do not start drilling holes in your wall until you're certain the faceplate is mounted properly. Both my husband and I spent about an hour trying to mount the mirror on the wall and drilled multiple holes in it. In the box, there are three small pictures showing how to use the tool. No help)
We were able to mount the mirror after we found slightly better instructions online. In the end, we used our own drywall studs because the drywall studs were so small. Although the mirror is beautiful and the lighting is great, overall it's a great piece!.
There are times when the back does not stay on, which is why I gave it four stars.
Easy to reinstall the batteries.
A major problem was that the steel washers attached to the bracket were not long enough for the mirror to be attached. In order to attach the mirror, two screws protrude out of the mounting bracket and you will need to use those screws in order to secure the mounting bracket to the wall. It is not possible to attach the mirror to the bracket with those screws. In addition to using washers as spacers on each screw I used to attach the bracket to the wall, I also used washers behind the bracket. As such, the screws would be able to protrude further, and I could thread the nuts onto the mounting screws to secure the panel. Someone with a bunch of spare parts can fix it pretty easy if they have access to them. In reality, however, it might take a little more thought and problem solving to figure it out for the average person. Plug and play is not quite the same as plug and play.
A large number of water rings were found around the outside of the mirror, and the inside of the mirror had dust, hair, and scuff marks from prolonged I took the photos AFTER using a magic eraser to clean it out. I still found a lot of gunk inside. Some of the wiring in the battery operated area of the mirror is corroded, so I won't be using it. It is unsatisfactory for the price, especially given the quality of the product.
The product seems to be high end and solid. The anchors and screws were included and installation was easy (although I added two extra anchors and screws because this is quite heavy for only two screws and it did not seem to hold up). It's a great light and the 10x mag makes it even better.
Installing this product couldn't be easier. On the bottle in the photo there is writing that is ridiculously small. In the mirror, you can see how bright and magnified it.
On the normal side, there was no tension, while the magnified side needed to be within a couple of inches of your face or you would be blinded. We had to order a mirror from a third party since there were already holes in the wall, which we weren't entirely thrilled about It appeared to be a used mirror by the condition of the packaging and the beat-up state of the mirror, it is possible that the buyer couldn't get the mirror apart enough to put in the batteries. The mirror already has openings in my wall, so I am not able to add batteries for the light to the mirror. Despite UPS's best efforts, the one with the floppy mirror still hasn't been picked up. The purchase I made on Amazon has been so frustrating, but I love Amazon. (And the second mirror did not arrive in the timeframe promised when ordered, that seems to happen a lot these days.
Aktuelle Informationen für October For the past six weeks, I've been suffering from this. A few weeks after I received it, one of the batteries I had purchased finally died, so I bought a new one. As of yet, the light is not This is awful. Due to the fact that I am two weeks past the Amazon return window, I'm hoping that I can get someone to help me with a warranty claim. It is no longer possible for me to The mirror is great. With an 8, I got a 9 out of 10. I think any smaller would be too small and I don't think anything smaller would work. So long as I have the room light on as well, I can use the light. It is great that the magnifying glass is 10x- The wrinkles will be clearly visible to you. My makeup looks so good when I use it. It is necessary to be close to the object in order to see the magnification, too far away and you will In the past, I have owned a similar one that had no light, and I was 100% satisfied with it. Due to the darkness of my new bathroom, I thought it would be helpful to have some light. The back plate was easy to install and it seemed to be made well for its price. It took two covers off the screws holding it on. the back plate to the wall, mount the mirror, and attach the screw covers. There was a stupid useless anchor that never holds down the drywall. It would be best to use better fasteners if you are only installing it in drywall. It was difficult for others to open the mirror to get to the batteries, but it was easy for me. Batteries are not included with this device. It is true that the manufacture stamped their name on the right side of the base, but I did not see it on the left side. "I don't like this at all. Thus they lost a star because the product looks worse rather than better because of their name. It isn't my desire to have advertisements for companies in my house. Adverts aren't my cup of tea - I prefer pretty things. My next steps will be to update this post if I have problems.
