I don't think so. Liquid would dry on it and build up on it because it was designed for dry application.
It's a little large for that container's capacity. I like mine a lot, and I use it for baby powder, which I sprinkle on top of the puff. I hope this has been of assistance.

Powder is something I enjoy. Powder for the entire body Face powder that isn't too tight. I also like to use a large powder puff for all of this. It was time for a replacement, and these were the ones I chose, and they have exceeded my expectations. br>1) They're the perfect size; I've included photos of me holding a dollar bill next to them to give you an idea. 2) They are constructed from high-quality materials. materials of high quality I haven't washed them yet (and when I do, I'll put them in a lingerie bag to keep them safe in the washer), but they are well made and have tight seams. br>3) They're as soft and plush as powder puffs, but with enough substance to stay put when I use them. br>4) The cost is very reasonable! br>5) They're perfect for holding powder. Some powder puffs are too plush, causing the powder to clump, while others are too slick, causing the powder to fall out completely. It's possible that you'll end up with a puff that's not in the right shape. It is preferable to wash by hand because the plush is large, fluffy, and plush! I would buy it again because it is such a good deal.
These puffs are absolutely fantastic. They're light and fluffy, and they're a dream to work with. It's a good size and a good price. After a shower, I apply cornstarch (rather than talcum powder) with the powder puffs. Powder puffs of this size are extremely hard to come by these days, so I was overjoyed when I came across them. I hand-washed one and it came out beautifully.
