The diameter is 2 inches. Most compacts should be able to accommodate it.

Because the item is packed inside a ziplock bag, it is not very hygienic

The item is fine; however, I don't like how they simply stuffed eight puffs into a ziplock bag. It feels like an opened product, and you can't tell if it's clean or not because the bag isn't sealed properly, and this product is intended for use on the face. As a result, hygiene and cleanliness receive a two-star rating.

They're the perfect size for a MAC compact, and I love how soft and sturdy they are, as well as how well they hold powder makeup

Because I don't use liquid makeup on them, I'm not sure how long they'll last. I'll be buying more--a lot more--in the future. Until they stop doing it. They're a perfect fit for my MAC makeup powder compact, so we're hoping they never do that.
