I can't really compare the two because I only have two of the BH set, but the brushes in this set are nice for the price if you don't use them rough.
They're crammed in there like a sardine can. I've been using them every day for over a month and they're still going strong when I clean them. They aren't "the best brushes ever," but they are excellent and, in my opinion, provide the best value for money.
On YouTube, Bad to the Brow has a great tutorial on how to apply eyeshadow with different brushes.
I like mine a lot, and there are a lot of brushes in it - plus a little more A list of what each brush is used for is included. Short shader, angled eyebrow, angled shading, and tapered blending brush are some of my go-to brushes on a daily basis.

The five-star reviews are being purchased. If you're wondering why there are so many 5-star reviews, it could be because each package includes a note with a tantalizing little bribe promising you a discount in exchange for your review- If your review is a five-star rating, that is. To me, it smacks of deception, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I am fortunate in that I am able to obtain things for no cost. for- I give an honest review on a regular basis, but that's a different story because I'm not told what to say. Having said that, I've repurchased these, and they're a nice little set with soft bristles, individually packaged, and a good variety of sizes. When compared to the BHCometics 7-piece set (which is excellent and costs around the same), these are a very close match in terms of quality. $12), I notice that some of the shapes are similar, but the sizes are different. (See photos. ) ) I have about four of these brushes that I use on a regular basis, but even at that, the price is reasonable. I've found that they pick up and apply the product well, and that they wash up well without shedding or losing their shape. br>br>Some CONS include the fact that I believe the quality control from set to set is adequate but not exceptional. I've noticed some differences in shape (most notably in the detailer brush; the one I just got looks like a lip brush, pointy and deformed in comparison to the previous one). There is also some quality variation. My first set was fantastic, but the second has a push liner brush that isn't quite as tight as the first. Nonetheless, there isn't a great deal of variation. br>br>At this "drug store" price point, I expect it to be compared to other drug store products, though I believe the BHCosmetics set is the most comparable (and, in my opinion, the better of the two). These are decent, but don't quite match the quality of a high-end brush in terms of construction. They do, however, have a wider range of shapes than the similarly priced Wet N Wild brushes (which I like) and are of higher quality than the Elf brushes, which are also in this price range. br>br>Depending on the shape and size I want, I find that I reach for these as often as many other brands. I photographed them alongside some BHCosmetics (gold ferrels) and Real Techniques (purple) brushes. You'll notice that a few of the Duorime brushes are quite large, and I prefer the control of the smaller brushes. Because of the looser brushes, I prefer the larger BHCosmetics blending brush. A favorite of mine is the Real Techniques crease brush, which is a smaller version of the larger crease brush. The one in this Duorime appears to be sized and shaped to serve as both, and it does so admirably. I still use it frequently. br>br>While I use a variety of brushes from different brands on a daily basis, I believe you could easily do your entire eye with just this one set. It would make an excellent starter set for beginners or teenagers. br>br>At the price (6. 50), I would have given these five stars. If they hadn't included the note, they would have received a score of 99 out of 100. Because of this, I was tempted to only give them one star, but I decided to only take away one.
These are essential for the ladies. These are equally as nice as the more expensive versions. They have a delicate texture. No odor could be detected. They are easy to care for and maintain their shape when washed. The handles are extremely comfortable to hold in the hand. I'm 53 years old and they blend your eyeshadow so well. I am the mother of four grown children. as well as six grandchildren. I've never had the financial means to purchase a high-quality brush set. This is something I'm going to tell you. My eyeshadow has taken on a new look that I really like. Brushes take care of a lot of the work. All of my reviews are 100% my personal opinions. These are very reasonably priced. You stand to lose nothing. Paying a higher price does not always imply that you are getting a better deal. If my review has been of assistance to you, please let me know. They do not lose their shape. Cleanse thoroughly before blending. I couldn't be more pleased with myself.
y hooded, wrinkly eyes It's perfect for crepes. y hooded, wrinkly eyes Finally, I realized that the best technique for the upper body is to use small, extremely small detail brushes. I got frustrated with eyeshadow because of my lower lids. Eyeliner isn't staying put or moving in places I don't want it to - I wasn't convinced until I tried these. When I apply eye makeup, my eyelid skin moves way too much. Using these brushes, I also changed my technique. That was a significant improvement. The angled/diagonal/flat brush, too, gives me a gentle cat-like feeling. Eyeliner (with shadow or gel liner) is nearly impossible to achieve with my eyelids. I waited a few months to write a review on this set of brushes (the ones with the black handles) to see how they performed. I like how I can use them in a variety of ways depending on my goals. They are durable, wash well, and are comfortable to use despite the different shape and texture of the bristles. I've considered giving this set as a gift if I come across someone who could benefit from it in the future. As a result of changing my technique as well as using these brushes, I'm spending less time on eye makeup and more time on other things.
The brushes arrived on time and in excellent condition. The brushes were perfectly packaged; each brush was individually wrapped in plastic and then placed in another plastic bag, ensuring that the brushes were clean. Even so, I washed all the brushes because they had a faint paint odor, but nothing overpowering. These brushes are definitely worth the money, and they may even be comparable to some high-end brushes. I would recommend these brushes to anyone looking for a good set of brushes at a reasonable price.
This brush set is fantastic. They arrived in good condition and, unlike some other brushes, had no glue odor. They have nice soft bristles, wash up easily, and are still in excellent condition after dozens of uses and washes. This purchase has made me very happy.
Based on some of the reviews and off-site reviews that I could find, I finally decided on these. They are extremely soft, with the exception of one, do not flake, clean well, and are simple to use. Overall, they're good value for money, especially if you can get a good deal on them. No, I'm not a makeup artist, but I'm pretty good at it; no, they're not artist-quality, but they're pretty close.
" I adore these brushes as a professional makeup artist! At $5. They're a bargain at $98! What I don't like is that the company raised the price at 2 p. m. on "Prime Day 2018"! I was about to buy 15 sets but decided to wait and see if they would offer a coupon or be part of Prime Day. This is a gift for a fundraiser I'm hosting for a upcoming trip for our Wheelchair Dance Program, so any amount helps! The fact that the price has been raised is extremely disappointing, as I frequently recommend these to clients. I'm starting to reconsider buying from a company that can do such a thing. Even if it's just a $1 increase!.
