Sadly, only one pencil of ELF's that I do not enjoy

This eyebrow pencil was high on my list of expectations since I love ELF products! Having the shade as a neutral is a good idea. It breaks apart into little specks on the skin due to the hardness of the pencil. Warming it a bit yielded the same result. It doesn't draw as creamy and flawlessly as all their other pencils do. This is hopefully just a bad batch of jars.
