Having bought the Billion $ Brow powder, I purchased the Billion $ Brow brush. In terms of the product as a whole, Billion $ Brow Powder is the best, but the brush accompanying it is lacking. It had been very good at first, but now that I've had it for just a few weeks, the bristles are splaying. On the other end, the spiral brush, it works very well, however, the spine it is attached to is very bendable. Finding that it is often bent 90 degrees is not surprising, since we reach for it and often find it bent. According to my intuition, it will eventually break off as a result At this point, though, it's only a guess.

As I expected, the brush did not perform as well as it should have. A little flimsy at the end of the wand, especially since it is so light. I would suggest getting a MAC brush for the extra money or an ELF brush for the dollar.
