It was horrible how the packaging was wrapped up

This package came open on both sides, although it was supposed to have 20 brushes. I paid for 20 brushes, which all survived. In terms of the brushes themselves, there doesn't seem to be any tape attached on the other hand, I paid for 20 and got 15, which would be great. So there you have it. It's not a good feeling.
