Pads that are bigger than the ones bought in stores. The cuffs are a good size I can't measure them because I'm not at home!
Though I have yet to do so, there's no reason why it couldn't be done. There is a possibility that they might not clean everything up completely.
The boots are very durable and hold up really well. I am not sure where they were made.

Toner and micellar water are great for using this. I washed them in a regular load and they are completely clean. I don't especially care about the curling of the edges once they are washed, since all products of this type don't lay completely flat once they are washed. Despite the fact that the bag that came with it is far too small to be used to wash, it was included. In it I put my dirty clothes, then I rinse them in an empty lingerie bag when it's time to wash them.

The fact that the pads can be washed and that a mesh bag is included is great. I thought they might only be a foot across, but they were in fact closer to 2 inches across. There was no waste in the packaging. The pads do not absorb much liquid so it's hard to use them for toner. The liquid just rolls off the pads. As there is no cross stitching between the layers, the pad rolls up while you use it. I have to use both hands to keep it stretching out and smooth like a cotton pad while I'm using it.
When I first purchased these pads, I was a little skeptical. It was a complete surprise to me that they worked. They are what I use to apply toner to. In order to repurchase the items, I will have to go back to the store. We will never return to the cotton pad with a single use.
The only thing I would add to the reviews is that hand washing is an awesome way to ensure that these bags last, and it saves me having to buy more. Then I placed them in a bucket with warm water. In case I have more than five, I simply soak them, scrub them with a tooth brush, and then rinse them by hand, then lay them out on a little metal cabinet organizing rack. It doesn't make sense to buy two bags in this manner. The machines get a really good clean, and you don't have to wait for them to warm up before you do laundry.
