At first, I thought this product would go well with an exfoliator in the shower, but when I received it, I realized I bought it for the purpose of using it with an exfoliator. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try after reading the instructions and seeing that it was meant to be used on dry skin. My skin feels amazing, but I don't know how much softer it gets because I use a coconut oil exfoliant every week, but it absolutely improves my circulation and I love the way it feels. The first time I use it is when I come back from the gym and hop in the shower. By the end of the shower, I can see my veins are bulging a little In addition to bruises easily and often, I also noticed how to use this to make my bruises go away faster. My absolute favorite time to use it, however, is after I work a double shift at work, which happens about three to four times a week. I use this brush four times a week because I am sore and exhausted when I get home from work. This brush makes me feel tingly and a little less achy after it. My overall impression of this brush has been very positive.

It is the perfect brush for me. Dry brushing makes a lot of sense to me, even though I already knew this. Using a dry brush for the first time has already had a positive effect on me! My first observation is that I seem to have more energy during the day for no apparent reason. My body feels better after using it every morning before I shower and I don't crash afterward The energy is steady, but the day is long. I'm not sure even if this is a standard benefit, but it sure does make a difference to me. There is nothing like it! My skin is so soft! It is something that my husband consistently remarks about. My favorite part of the brush is the way it feels. There is a good amount of grip on it but it is not too soft or hard. It has also been heard that dry brushing can aid in hormone balance and circulation. The whole experience has been great so far! I love this product!.

I have never encountered such a horrible product, and shall never use it again. After I used it for the first time, the brush literally cracked. The reviews led me to believe that this would be a bad experience. There were several areas where the bristle fell out along with the crack. Packaging was nice and it was nicely wrapped. You can never tell what's inside by its cover, so I guess it's TRUE what they say. I am so annoyed at this.

The first time I used dry brushing, I was somewhat skeptical since my skin is fairly sensitive. It caused me to assume that my skin would be irritated after trying it, since it is fairly sensitive. In spite of this, I've had a pleasant surprise. Using the brush feels much softer than using a scrubbing brush, as the bristles are not stiff enough to irritate my skin. Beginners will find this brush helpful!.

The update is I still stand by my original review even though I have used it for a few months. I have been using the bristles for quite a while now. It used to always be that after using this brush on my legs and arms, I'd get a variety of bruises that I did not notice before, plus my skin has improved dramatically. As soon as this one wears out, I will get a new one. The term had never occurred to me until I read about it in a book I was reading. This is my first time trying it. I like it a lot! My age range is mid-20s to mid-30s I am in my fifties and the effects of spending so much time in the sun are showing. It does make my skin feel rejuvenated and I first noticed a difference after using it for a couple weeks.

All my clients that I have done skin care for have been told I recommend that they dry brush and wash their skin to get rid of dead skin cells, soften it, and prevent infection Hair will grow, circulation will be stimulated and lymphatic fluid will be moved. I have found that this brush is very effective at all the tasks I have given it.

I bought this mainly for the purpose of dealing with ingrown hair and it has been a great help. Choosing this brush for beginners is a good idea as it is not too stiff, thus not painful to brush.

I have spent so much money on creams and razors over the years. The reality was that I had to shave twice a year just so that my mother would be pleased. I feel like this is the first thing I've really done that's made a big difference in years. Now shaving doesn't seem like a chore anymore! In a strange way, I am eager for The same thing happens to me on my back, where I get cystic acne (ewwww), and again I've spent a lot of time and money trying to cure this as well. My back feels so good that I am able to show it off for the first time in ten years after using this product! During the months I've been using this product, I've had fewer breakouts and scarring has dramatically decreased. I have also noticed a difference in my circulation with this treatment. There is a distinct sensation of lymphatic drainage when I'm holding it (I can actually taste it). I find it a bit weird that it makes my throat taste like saline). In fact, if I don't drink enough water after I do this, just like after getting a massage, I get nauseous the rest of the day. In spite of the fact that I focus on those areas, I have not noticed any noticeable change in my Cellulite. Yet, it still garners 5 out of 5 stars from me because it has completely changed the condition of my skin overnight and only costs.
