I like the bristles because they are not too soft nor too harsh. There is enough length in the handle, although it would be better if it was longer. This would be ideal if you are of a very short stature. A larger diameter handle and a more slip-resistant surface would be the only improvements this scrubber could make. Soft water makes my hands difficult to hold onto, and the soap on my hands also causes this. I thought it was worth mentioning even though it is not a huge deal.

I do agree that these bristles are a bit soft, but some people have said they are too soft. Currently I use the brown bristle brush, but I wished I had chosen this one first. Instead I bought the boar bristle brush, and after one use it smells terrible! My body can't bare putting the thing against my skin anymore. I also find that the boar bristles are a little scratchy, but I would have tolerated that had they not been so stinky. This is the long handled brush you want if you want a back brush with a long handle. Nevertheless, here is what I have to say It is best to buy the soft (white) bristles, not the other kind!.
