If you don't like shampoo, lay down a bottle of 7 inch shampoo and it will fit I only use this bag for make up, but when I went on a road trip, I laid down a 7 inch bottle of shampoo and it fit too I love this bag ha ha

Could the item be washed in the machine?

It is probably best not to wash it since the zippered compartments are made of plastic. You can keep items of personal importance in it. My current one is fantastic and provides me with everything I need, plus a little more!

This very deep counter is the perfect place for my products to stand up to the elements. appreciate the adjustable compartments that make it easy to find my products. There are two brush areas in the top, which makes it perfect for traveling. The top zips off and has two brush pockets. Travelers can remove the strap if they want to use it on long trips. My favorite is the pink one, but I also got the black one. The price was absolutely worth it!.

Just as shown in the picture, I love the color. Before I switched to this bag, finding the right brush used to be a struggle since they were all in the same bag. The section between the brushes (top) and the bottom section, on the other hand, is a big plus.
