As much as my husband loves this, even when we use it on skin that is not necessarily burned, but is red, it makes him peel even more than if we did not use it. I know Overall When I forgot to reapply sunscreen and my son's back got burned, I used this after I applied it to his skin. Throughout the day, I reapplied the cream on his back for him and he seemed to enjoy it. As i said, he couldn't wear a shirt because it was sticky and his clothes stuck to it.
