The blue one I'm not sure about. It is amazing to have the original mighty patch! My dermatologist said they were effective, and I decided to give them a try. Until I saw them on social media, I had never heard of hydrocolloid patches for acne. I was so pleasantly surprised at how good this bundle was - At Target, Walmart, etc. , they were more expensive individually. They have little needles on the blue pack that poke and scratch, etc. Although I really didn't like the originals, I really loved them. It has been three times already that I have purchased these. Pimples that are inflamed can be reduced by using these creams. My pimples are much better since I use them, so I wouldn't say they'd make ur pimples disappear, but they definitely help.
