Neutrogena claims to be cruelty-free, but it isn't. Although the products are cruelty-free in the United States, they are not in other countries, such as China, where animal testing is still required. br>And, please, Niki, don't be so obnoxious. It's not a bad thing for someone to want to know if a business is cruelty-free. What other way is there for people to learn about it? BY INQUIRING.
I'm not sure if "wet" is the right word, but "moist" would be a better description, as it is for your entire body. Take a shower, pat yourself dry, and moisturize. I've always heard that, and because we live in a very dry area, I sometimes use a body spray before moisturizing (or facial spray, as the case may be). This product appears to be one you will enjoy.
Cleanse (cleanse twice a day, exfoliate twice a week, and use masks as needed), toner (last cleansing step), serums, and moisturizer.

First and foremost, I'd like to state that I've had horribly dry, flaky skin on my face for the past three years (since the birth of my daughter). I've squandered a lot of cash on useless products. When I tried it and it worked, I was taken aback. I only tried the water gel at first and was unsatisfied. However, once I had purchased all four items - Toner, serum, eye cream, and water gel are just a few of the products available. I have great skin because I use them all together. The skin is hydrated and soft. I'm very pleased, but I wanted to recommend to others that they use the set rather than individual products because the results will be better.
Many of them have been tried. br>I'm always let down. br>There's no need to look any further because IT DOES WORK. period! br>I was about to buy a box of tiny vials for four times the price from "another" face product website. br>Never again. It's all over now. br>When combined with Neutrogena eye gel, your face will be transformed in just a few days. br>I have noticed the most change around my eyes in the morning and before bedtime. br>It reduces the appearance of wrinkles and eliminates the appearance of bags and dark circles. br>Bye-bye to wrinkles and a tired appearance.
The active ingredient is so far down the list of ingredients that it barely makes it. For less money, you can get a version that is more pure and organic.
I've looked for a while and haven't come across anything I like. to the present time. I stopped using serums because I felt they were ineffective at hydrating my skin. I decided to give this a shot because I enjoy Neutrogena's Hydro Boost cleanser and water gel. OMG- It's fantastic! It applies smoothly and feels as if I'm applying a thin layer of water to my skin. It hydrates you to the max! It also has a fantastic scent! My husband inquired as to what was causing my face to smell so good, and I informed him that it was my face! I'm a huge fan of this product, and I now use it twice a day as part of my skincare routine, along with the Hydro Boost cleanser, water gel, and exfoliating cleanser (once a week). ) I've also begun to use Neutrogena Healthy Skin foundation, which I adore! I received a compliment on how fresh my skin looked for the first time in years, and I believe that the serum played a large role in that. To give you an idea of my age, I'm 49 years old and am always on the lookout for products that make me look young and fresh. Buy this- It will not be a mistake!.
My dermatologist recommended that I stop paying high prices for "high end" skin care products and instead use Neutrogena, and he was correct. This serum moisturized my dry skin while also balancing out the oiliness. It isn't at all greasy. I've now switched to Neutrogena for all of my skin, hair, and make-up needs. This serum is a great product that costs a lot less and is a lot better than the competition.
I needed a moisturizer that wouldn't irritate my skin. My medications dry out my skin, so I usually have to moisturize every day. Unfortunately, every moisturizer was causing me to break out, so I got a facial and bought a $70 hydrating serum, but once I finished it, the only way to get more was to go back to the spa and order more, which became prohibitively expensive. I use the make-up remover wipes, so I figured if I don't break out from those, I should be fine with the hydro boost. I'm so glad I took a chance on this; it's now one of my must-have products in the house at all times.
I put it on my face and had to wash it off right away because the scent was too strong and unpleasant. The scent lingered and gave me a headache even after I washed it off. For very dry skin, I thought it would be fine to use on the backs of my hands and knuckles, but even on my hands, the fragrance was too strong and gave me a headache. I'm allergic to fragrance, so that's part of the issue, but no facial product should have such a strong scent (especially one that clings to your skin). The Unscented Hydro Boost Body Gel Cream is excellent, so I was disappointed.
I've tried a lot of serums, and my main gripe is that they don't feel or smell good to me. Because they all seem to perform similarly, this one gets the nod based on the two characters I mentioned earlier.
