Because the scent of this oil wasn't like the other carrot oil I bought from another company, when I first received it, I thought my oil was rancid. When I reported the issue to the manufacturer, they resolved it for me. It was no problem for them to send me a new bottle at no additional cost, they apologized profusely and were very accommodating. Research led me to discover that the other company didn't use pure carrot oil to make their product, so the "pure carrot" oil had a milder scent. The scent is really enjoyable to me. I began using the product and grew to love it. That was a great decision, because I am thrilled with the results on my skin and hair! As a result, I will continue to purchase products from this company in the future.

It has helped me see a marked difference in my face within two weeks of using it. In fact, I have been buying this product for almost 2 years (since A bottle or two of it is all I need to purchase every six months. It's been a while since I ordered from this seller but I ordered another one in September 2020. "This is different" was my first thought as soon as I opened the new bottle. There is a different smell, a different visual (green) and a different sensation. I thought, well, I will still give it a shot. Isn't that what we call a "can do" attitude? Honestly, I didn't sh*t you, I used that new oil the guys sent me. Two times a week just twice a week. My face exploded the next day, and I mean bad. And not the kind of acne you can pop, but the kind of acne that is so big and takes so much time to grow, and inflames your skin. As soon as I realized I would get bad acne from using it, I stopped using it. I'm not sure whether they mixed it with another oil or if they just sent me a new bottle. It just isn't right to do that to people. I give them a 1 star for their abuse. The buyer I have been ordering from for two years has then made a mistake and I will no longer do business with them.
