This is what I saw on the Ingredients of the one I purchased A fragrance (parfum). Despite having extremely sensitive skin, I have not encountered any problems with the fragrance on my face.
As the other commenter commented, you absolutely can use it to freshen up your hair. But don't use too much (at a time)...Some people even like to spray it on their pillow before they go to

amazing, got hooked on it a while back from my girlfriend. A great deal of attention was paid to fragrances/parfums, as well as phenoxyethanol, *a potential neurotoxin and common allergen. Although some harsh chemicals are found in this product, I was very satisfied with it before learning of its harmful effects.
My skin care routine was normal, and everything else I used was as described, but I'm having blotches all over my face from the item that came in a ziplock bag (my skin care routine every day didn't cause this). As far as my skin goes, I'm not sensitive. don't see the same dewy finish that I used to see and the same feeling of hydration that I got with I'll be throwing this out as part of my safety precautions.
