Is it free of oils and perfumes?

If you have a fragrance sensitivity, avoid this product. What a case of being "in your face"! I had no idea Cetaphil added fragrance to anything, so I didn't double-check before purchasing. What a blunder! I tried it on my arm to see if the odor would go away, but I needed to get it off my skin as soon as possible.

Thank you very much. 16 ounces will last you 216 days if you use three presses once a day. When washing, always use warm water, and when rinsing, use cold water. Use a blotting motion to dry the skin, rather than rubbing or dragging the towel across it. Hello, I have extremely sensitive skin and am acne prone. Should I use the gentle skin cleanser or the normal to oily cleanser?

My skin is extremely sensitive, so I use the normal to oily setting. After that, I apply lotion and call it a day. It's something I've been using for a long time! The creamy gentle wash does not give me the clean feeling I desire, and it also causes my face to flush. The newer version of this wash irritates my skin, making it red and swollen.

This is the only face wash that removes excess moisture from my skin and clears it. I absolutely adore this product, and I apologize to anyone who gave it 1/2/3 stars because they were upset they bought the wrong one. Perhaps you should try reading more slowly? I did the same thing, but I didn't give the other cetaphil wash a bad review. I realized what I'd done was wrong. All of their products are packaged in the same way. Please pay attention!.

double-check that you're ordering the right one! I mistook this for the "gentle cleanser," which I've used for years and is the creamy version that doesn't sting your eyes and feels almost like a moisturizer on your face when you're cleaning it

I didn't realize there was another version for some reason, perhaps because I'd been using that product for so long. The "daily cleanser" is a little different, and that's what I got. It has a stronger astringency - It's more soapy and clear. Although it does not sting, I do not feel comfortable using it around my eyes. I'm unable to return because I've already opened it. It is not "their" fault - I'm just letting other customers know to double-check that they're reading the label correctly.

This is not the same as Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, and it does not help with eczema as well

By accident, I've ordered this over and over again! Even though it comes in the same packaging and has a similar name, it is not Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. I also made a mistake and ordered the moisture lotion. Both are ineffective for my eczema. prone skin, in the same way that the original gentle skin cleanser did. I wish the company would produce them in a variety of colors.

Because it says facial cleanser on the label, I bought it for my wife to use as a facial cleanser. When I first opened it, I detected a strong artificial fragrance odor, which makes the user feel very uneasy. Return this item as soon as possible and replace it with the odorless Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser.

Regardless, I'm not coming back and will most likely be switching to this one permanently! br>I've never had softer skin in my entire life! I'm prone to breakouts and had just run out of my usual acne treatments, so I expected to break out even with the facial wash while waiting for my replacement, but it's working just as well, if not better! I've only had it for about two weeks, so the fact that my skin has remained clear isn't particularly impressive, but I'm pleased with what I've received!.

The Daily Facial Cleanser has a strong scent, stings my eyes, foams lightly, and tightens my skin. The Gentle Facial Cleanser contains fewer ingredients, has no scent, does not sting my eyes, does not foam, does not leave my skin tight, and can be wiped away with a towel. The Gentle Facial Cleanser is one of my favorites.
