How many refills are they doing? The dispenser I'm looking for doesn't exist. ?

The original product I ordered came with a blue plastic box with a lid but I found that the towelettes dried out faster in the box and then I threw it away and just refilled with new ones as they came. This is not a problem - I love it and highly recommend it.

The oil in this is based on petroleum?

It has been over ten years since I started using them. According to the ingredient list in the advertisement, oil is not included. You can see the recipe in the advertisement for more information.

Are these wipes safe for me to use on my contacts to remove eye make up?

We can clearly see mold growing on these wipes. New package opened and I'm looking forward to it A wipe with black spots was pulled from the packet. It made my skin so soft after its first use, so I was very happy. After being itchy,dry,burning for 24 hours my eyes became severely itchy,dry, and the rash on my face became red and itchy. When I googled "allergic reaction to neutrogena wipes", I was shocked at how bad it was. MANY people have complained about removing this product from their skin as a result of allergic reaction. What the heck are they selling it for?.

I'm always ready to apply my lady potions or go to sleep no matter the time of day or how tired I may feel. As well as smelling great. These replacement wipes have replaced the Ponds wipes, and Ponds was the best ever. This is a nice improvement. It appears I don't have the problem some users report, where the wipes dry out due to the packaging not sealing. The wipes are in use for a long time in my house AND in the car since I have a package in each room. I just make sure not to touch the wipe to the package closure. It doesn't matter if it rains or snows, I just use tissue to dry it. A package will be sealed if it is kept dry.

Other brands leave an oily residue on your face. These are big and do not leave a residue. I need all of these and they are just right for me. The rest of my life I'm probably going to use these a lot.

An unattended bag was ripped

I had ripped one of my neutrogena bags, rendering the towelettes useless as they were all dry. I gave it 3 stars since I had bought the product from the drugstore but I had used it several times. There is no way for me to return this item, so I can't do anything.
