My first use of this product so far makes me very happy. It's rumored that this is an excellent dupe for other costly brands. My husband loves it with heat but I don't quite like it without it. It has different settings based on whether you want heat or not. I enjoyed the heat with vibration that I used on my stomach to relieve cramps as it relieved a lot of pain. This one is really amazing for me because I like the different settings and the vibrations It's great to have wonderful customer service! I am looking forward to seeing what they come up with next!.
