One of the items I did receive was extremely poor quality. There are missing chunks of jade on the part you would hold in your hand, as well as scratches on it. You can see a finger print in the photo I included, and I tried cleaning it off but it just scratched the gold permanently. isn't a single piece of this roller that is not scratched and damaged. In their efforts to replace my rolls, they sent both of them, but they DO Both the original as well as the replacement I received were trashed because the piece was not cut correctly.

My expectation was that it wouldn't stay "cool to the touch" like true stone, and that proved to be true. You can put it either in the freezer or in the refrigerator and it will warm up instantly. It was the added Gua sha that made me want to buy. I may have accidentally ordered a piece of gua sha necklace due to the random tiny hole on it. There is nothing better than getting a good game. When it comes to skin care, you are better off spending a few extra dollars on an actual jade roller that comes in an actual package, is made of jade (that can be frozen for safe storage), I'm actually just a fool who thought I could get a job with a guacamole It's hard to beat this deal for a jade roller and a sham. I guess it's a joke on me.

From the moment the jade roller came out of the box, it felt awesome to touch and I was super thrilled to use it! The twisted gold bar that holds onto the jade and allows the rolling to take place had quickly changed my mind once I realized it had been misshaped. There are no effects from the roller. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because the clothes looked great and felt great to begin with.
