This is fantastic! My eyes are also sensitive. There is no scent that I am aware of.
I'm not sure about under, but I mix it with my concealer (on the back of my hand) and it blends in nicely. It's fantastic!

Circumferences of darkness The puffiness had crept up over the years so slowly that it wasn't really noticeable from day to day, but wow, what a difference after just a few days of using this! I hadn't realized how tired I appeared, or how much age the dark circles and puffiness had added to my appearance. I've noticed a difference in my under-eye area. It's simple to put on. It's absorbed by my skin. It has a cool, refreshing feel to it and dries quickly. If you want to use more moisturizer or make-up, do so now.
