I don't stay up all night with the patches. 20 min. It's all you need during the day. It's very effective.
This isn't something I do on a regular basis. Only when the undereyes are puffy. It's been a week since it's been used. However, after a night of heavy drinking, the undereyes require assistance. So there you have it.

Patchology overnight gels are the best I've tried, and they're cheap if you buy 60 of them. I haven't used them for more than a couple of hours, but 10- Puffiness and fine lines are reduced after 15 minutes of treatment. They appear to plump the skin, and the cooling helps to reduce swelling. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I've been using them overnight with my Nurse Jamie pillow, and the strange little crease lines I get from smooshing my face into the pillow are barely noticeable. Wearing them for the entire night had no negative consequences.
I haven't gotten much sleep since I started menopause. Although I do not have bahs, I do have very dark circles under my eyes. I use them on my way to work in the morning. While the differences aren't significant, they do exist. I placed an additional order for them. I'm going to try them in the morning and at night to see if it helps.
