WOW, I finally found a nail scrub that is perfect for me (in my opinion!) I like the way the first thing you notice is the fresh smell, kind of minty, as well as how it leaves my skin glowing and REALLY clean without feeling dry. There is no place on my body that I do not want to use this. The scrub is the best I've ever used and I love it. Those who use this scrub swear by it. The skin on my arms and legs is often irritated by bug bites and other irritants while I garden. The shower was nice and warm so I used a puff. As I rinsed off the grit from the scrub, I felt as if a cool breeze had been blowing over my whole body. I found it to be very refreshing. Apply lightly on your face if you're using it on your face. This is a highly recommended book. It has a pleasant smell of tea tree and mint, though it is not a strong smell that lasts for an extended period.

I have also been using it on my wrists. The toner has been a little stronger than I'm used to but it's winter here and my face gets very dry. It has taken a few weeks for it to clear completely, but no scars, peeling, or soreness are visible now. Skin that looks and feels healthy is not only clear, but also feels healthy. In the shower, I use it once a day. The mint in it wakes me up, so for me, it isn't the best thing right before bed.
