What was sent was for oily skin; I have extremely dry skin and would like to exchange or return if the dry skin formula is not available. ?

The foaming makeup remover from Clinique is no longer available. I am unable to use the "for oily skin" product, and I have no intention of using it as a soap. It's now known as that. Amazon used a photo and description from a previous year. I was duped as well. Thankfully, Amazon is reimbursing me. I think we should talk to Clinique!

Is there such a thing as Clinique soap?

I don't know if it still does. The foaming mouse became my new best friend.

This product was supposed to be in a pink tube, but it wasn't. Is this the first time you've seen this sort of thing?

It's a pale pink color. It comes in the same box as before. Depending on the lighting, it can look very different in a photograph.

I'm not sure if this is the same product I've always bought in a pale pink container instead of a dark pink one, but it appears to work just as well! I've never found another cleanser that leaves my face feeling as clean as this one does without being as dry as Sahara!.

It's both dry and sticky! Is this a phony product? I was very excited to try this Clinique product for the first time today, but I was extremely disappointed! I've always loved Clinique's facial products, and I've used a lot of them! I felt as if I had washed my face with a bar of soap
