That's not good. We have been using the formula for a very long time. There is a PETA certification with this product, and it has been made for so long. Do you really believe that they wash animals daily, year after year, with the same formula and expect a different result? Or do you think they do this because they have nothing better to do? It is a gentle formula, and the rendered tallow is the same fat as hamburger grease, steak grease, and other animal fat you eat. All my dogs enjoyed a nice, refreshing bath when I had them. The other way around they get pretty raunchy. Seems like a lot of people blathering on about things they don't understand. *br>This is the best way to protect animals since it is mild.

The seller I have purchased soap bars from has given me no reason to purchase soap bars from Amazon in the future. When I received these soap bars from Dove, they did not smell anything like Dove. I won't be purchasing any products from Walmart or Sam's Club. Years ago, I began using Dove products and have never had a problem with them. There was a foul smell coming from these soap bars! Having a nasty sting like that stung each of them deeply. Opening the bag, I thought maybe the smell wouldn't linger on my skin after a couple of latherings with water. I smelled a strong moldy odor as soon as I touched it. I can't describe it, but it was horrible! I felt like I was walking through filth. Go right ahead and waste your money and find out for yourself if you think it is worth it. These are being donated and I buy my Dove products from a trusted retailer. There is no way I could ever trust this seller again not just with me but with many other buyers as well- what a waste of money! Is there anything in the world that could possibly produce a scent like that in soap? The last time will never be the last.
