Every eye makeup remover I have tried, both high-end and drugstore, is either as effective or as disappointing as the next. You can find high-end products as well as drugstore items. It felt like I tried every type of formulation from liquid to cream to towelettes to soap to water and probably some others I forgot. I didn't have to deal with stubborn waterproof eye makeup not wanting to budge even while holding remover to it when I was using these brilliant little miracles in the past. I applied a saturated cotton square for 15 minutes to the delicate skin around my eyes.
