The best remover on the market A very gentle, moisturizing product that is very effective Covergirl's make up remover works like a charm for me when I use ONLY waterproof makeup. These days, it is VERY difficult to find them in stores. It doesn't make sense to me. Amazon is where I found it, so I was delighted to discover it!.
