Turkish was written on the package and the instructions were included. There was an English advertisement for the picture. Although I was not bothered by this, I wish the product had been The seal that I find on medicines and skin care products is the same every time. The reason I never used it was that I was afraid to put something on my eyes that was opened so that anyone could access This was my mistake, as I did not notice the 'non returnable' statement in the item description.

Nothing can stand a chance against waterproof makeup! The only reason I wear waterproof mascara every day is because my lashes won't stay curled otherwise, and I have found this to be the best makeup remover I've found for thoroughly removing any trace of mascara from My jaw dropped when I saw what you did! There are a lot of brands out there and especially a lot of makeup removers that are just no match for Nivea's makeup My next purchase will be this one! I also wanted to mention how well packaged it is! In bubblewrap and a very secure cardboard box, this product is effectively protected

Another language version of the product

It is evident that the product that I received was in a different language than what is shown in the picture. The formulation seems to be different. I am unsure whether or not it is the same. The item would not have been purchased if it had been different from what it is pictured for sale as. This item is not refundable. It is Amazon's policy that they do not accept returns. How is it that ordering personal care items from Amazon is such a crap shoot?.

The waterproof make up works perfectly with this product! Since I have been using this for three years, I cannot imagine ever using another product

Although my preference is for the pink version, which is even better for delicate eyes, this blue mascara does an excellent job nonetheless. My eyes are always covered in waterproof (literally waterproof) mascara, and the only make up remover that can remove that mascara without tearing out half my lashes is this. The next time I order, I will definitely be back!.

It works well to remove oil-based lashes makeup. It looks slightly different from a previous bottle I bought, the liquid looks more separated compared to the other, and the carton arrived slightly damaged. However, it did not cause any adverse reactions in my eyes or on my skin.

When I first saw this in Europe, I bought it. Amazon is now where I order it from. Putting it on after removing make-up is my favorite. I like that it is light, does not leave a lot of oil behind, and removes everything.

This is the best remover for waterproof eye makeup. The only product that I find that truly removes stubborn eye makeup under this price range has been my go-to for years. There are several layers of waterproof mascara included in that! It has always been safe for me to use this product, even though my skin and eye area can be very sensitive.

This would be more appealing to us if it was sold here. Still, I will continue to order from Amazon despite its crazy shipping fee, since the price is All the waterproof masks and eyeliners are applied directly to your eyes. There is no rubbing or pulling whatsoever. The feeling of oil on your eyes is gone as well. Furthermore, I have extremely sensitive eyes and wear contacts, so whatever I use, I have to be very careful with. I would definitely recommend it.
