How does it smell? Does it smell like them, a.c., towelettes ?

As with the toweled products these days, it is changed in some way so we can think we are getting the same thing while we are not. This product has been in my hands for many years and now it lacks the moisture it once had. This should be of some use to you.

What is the oil content of this eye makeup remover?

There does not seem to be much oil in it. Using a tissue, I pour a little liquid on my eyes and wipe it with my finger, then I splash some water on them and dry them The results have never left me feeling oily. Thank you for your time. I hope this was helpful.

Makeup removal with this product has been proven effective. It just takes a few swipes to take off your makeup. It will burn your eyes if it is not followed up right away with water. I would only recommend not making any other adjustments to the procedure until after you have followed it up with water. By doing one eye at a time and rinsing the cleaned eye, I can move onto the next one. As compared to others I've used in the past, this gets off eye liner and pencil quite well. Overall, I'm very glad I bought it. One other thing I could add is that it would be nice if it were I'll be honest.
