According to my memory, there is supposed to be at least a clear plastic seal for the cap.
The last time I used this product was many years ago. However, from what I recall, it did remove waterproof mascara. Mascara by Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof is what I use.
The oil here doesn't make this look It removes eye makeup and lipstick (Maybelline 24 hour) quickly and thoroughly without leaving any residue behind. The product is great and I highly recommend it!

In the photos, you'll find a list of ingredients. The buck goes a long way with this one. Waterproof mascara can be removed with this product and it is gentle on Although I checked the listing and reviews for the country of manufacture, I was unable to find one. Since the photos were a blurry mess, they should also put the ingredients list out there for any interested readers.
I suppose it takes off my makeup a little bit. Unfortunately, that causes my skin to totally dry out and I even get styes in my eye! This product made sure my life is no longer the same! I've never had problems with my eyes and certainly have never had a painful red lump on one of them, but this product changed everything! This is the first product I have ever encountered this issue. Furthermore, this thing DON'T EVEN WORK and IS a complete waste of time! It didn't matter whether I carefully wiped my eyes with this stuff as thoroughly as possible, there would still be makeup under my eyes after washing my face every time! Other makeup removers I purchased for comparable prices did a much better job of removing all the makeup. With my face lotion I can literally get it off better than with water! By the way, this bottle is smaller than I expected, the whole thing fits in my hand, including the giant cap. The product might work for your skin if you don't usually react to skin care products, however if you have sensitive skin, I suggest saving your money AND your skin by buying something else. (I can't even use it anymore I'm going to have to give it to someone who doesn't have sensitive skin.
It is great and the price is super reasonable. To use, I simply pour a portion onto a cotton pad and go over the eye area and eyebrow area once. Getting everything so easily is a breeze with it. Despite trying a few other brands, none have come close to the effectiveness of the Etude House lip & cheek cream Is a remover of eye contact lenses.
One of the best K beauty products of all time! You can also remove waterproof eye makeup, liquid lipstick, and matte lip lines and lipstick with this clear facial cleanser! The product has never irritated my contact lenses or any other skin condition that I have.
This product should be applied on the back of the hand and then washed in soap afterwards. When it dries your skin, you'll see how much it dries. still can't believe that I've used it for almost a year on my aging eyes.
Competitors are not as good as us. It is effective.
I really like it! I found that it works great on even waterproof mascara and makeups stuff. I enjoy it a lot.
It works well to remove my eye makeup! It is also very gentle on my skin and doesn't irritate my eyes.
