Despite the product's claims, it is ineffective in removing non-organic substances It is possible to remove mascara with a moist wipe after wearing a waterproof mascara.

I was satisfied with this makeup remover since it was cheap, but the oil still stayed on my face. In my opinion, Lancome is the best.
