It's a good remover, but it's still a little oily

Overall, this make-up remover does a good job of removing all of your makeup. It is, however, slightly oily. Advantages: br>br> It perfectly removes my eye makeup. This product removes all of my Stila waterproof eyeliner (along with waterproof mascara). It takes a few wipes to completely cleanse it, but it's still the best I've tried. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. I would describe this as oily, but there are other products that are heavier on the oil side, so this is definitely a better option, though I would still wash my face afterward because there is a glean. You also have to shake the makeup remover before using it (there are two layers to it, one of which looks like an oil formula), which is a minor inconvenience, but the remover does work sometimes even if you forget to shake it.

Obtain the make-up up off! Even the waterproof mascara is gone with a quick swip. Neutro. The products are always excellent, and this one is no exception. The value of the double pack cannot be overstated. The only flaw I have is that the cap simply falls off, leaving a gaping hole in the mouth. I replaced it with a squeeze top (luckily, I had one on hand that fit), because otherwise you waste a lot of product.

Be careful who you buy from
