In spite of the fact that it is a little oily, it is quite effective at removing make-up. I used this to remove my make-up and then washed my face. However, there is oil in it.

I found it to be more gentle on my eyes, even though it was more expensive. I appreciate that this is a Korean product, since they tend to make some of the best products for skin care. It removes makeup really well, and has a pleasantly astringent feeling on my skin. A strong smell does not emanate from it. I don't use a toner after this, but I use my cream during my super tired days. So I won't have to wait for it to arrive via mail, I hope it is available in the drugstore. My overall opinion is that the makeup remover is great. This is definitely one I would.
In general, I just double cleanse my face and do not use any makeup remover. After using a foaming cleanser, I may use micellar water if I still see stubborn makeup on my face. In recent months, I have been using an oil cleanser that I am not entirely happy with, and even though I try to finish it, I don't get the urge to apply it every night. There have been a lot of good things said about this, and I completely I am able to remove my full face of makeup easily with this product. Because I don't wear waterproof makeup, I don't know how well it would work with that. However, I do wear a lot of mascara and eyeshadow every day and I wear fairly sturdy wing-liner pretty much every I can do my eye makeup in a flash with this! Despite the fact that it has a fairly subtle scent, I can imagine it is a boon for sensitive skin and noses honestly, I would have preferred it to smell like a milkshake, . (reading it as milk (space) shake, oops). The micellar water hasn't been really necessary. Although I still use my foaming cleanser, I don't really need it.
