I've been using store brand for over 20 years, but as I've gotten older, I've noticed that it's drying out my under eyes. I made the switch to this product and immediately noticed a significant improvement. It's extremely hydrating and quickly removes mascara. I use a cotton round to apply the mascara, hold it over each eye for about 20 seconds, and then gently rub my lash line to remove it. It only takes a few minutes to remove everything and no residue is left behind. I've also used it to remove lipstick that has left a stain on my lips, and it works great.
