Yes, I agree! Heavy mascara can be removed with a few gentle strokes, but it does not come off easily.
There should be no oil in it. It is the product I have been using for some time now and I like it It has never been an oil, despite the fact I love it. Returning it for an exchange is probably the best thing to do.

The stuff you guys are doing is so cool! This was given to me as a sample and I was hesitant to use it since it had an "oil" in it. It is my combination skin that tends toward oily skin more than dry skin, and I didn't relish the idea of putting an oil-type product on my face. Still, I am a big fan of Bliss products and decided to check it out. Because it wasn't available from the usual online retailer that I purchase stuff like this from, I was thrilled when I found it on Amazon. Using the directions, it says to use a small amount, rub it into your skin, and wait until you start to feel When you first apply the gel, it feels like a normal cleanser, but instead of water you rub it in circular motions on your skin until it Like you would feel and look if you had put straight oil on your face, it gets this shiny appearance. Then splash warm water on it and it comes right off, leaving your skin feeling smooth and silky without any oily feeling. As I was putting on makeup, I was surprised at how great my face It didn't help that it took every bit of makeup I had I've just lifted my face off of my shoulders without the over-exertion A common complaint about toners is that they dry out the skin or leave an oily feeling They can be removed by using a basis remover. This cleanser is so excellent, I can't say enough good things about it. My friends have asked about it, and I will continue to recommend it to them.
It wasn't the real thing.
Trying to shake this multiple times I realized it was a straight oil while shaking the gel.
You have to rub and rub and rub long enough to turn this gel form into "light" oil. thought the astringent was in spray form, but oh well, live and learn, so I gave it all to my sister in law and the front desk ladies of my dentist's office. In my memory, I can't recall ever being so opposed to a product.
Despite the fact that I was sent one that was beyond its expiration date and was all watery, this is an actually nice product.
The product is excellent.
This winter, my skin has been so dry that this product has been a lifesaver for me. While I am not sure if it would work for all skin types, I have found it to be particularly effective on my exceptionally dry, very sensitive skin.
