This product is fantastic, and it comes with its own brush and pump bottle. It has a fresh, clean scent, doesn't irritate the eyes, and is gentle on the lashes, lifting away all the little bits of debris that can accumulate at the base of the lash line, leaving the lashes looking amazing and completely clean.
My only issue is that the product has no slip to it, so it feels like it dissolves quickly and I have to use more product; I know with lashes, you have to be careful with what you put on them, so that could be the case. However, this is an excellent lash cleanser in general!.
It does a fantastic job of cleaning the lashes. Also, if I have mascara on my lower lashes, it removes it beautifully! Anyone with lash extensions should get this, in my opinion.

When I accidentally got some in my eye, it didn't cause any irritation.
I recently received my product and noticed that the product box was damp when I opened it. The lab wash had not been properly sealed, and it had leaked, resulting in the loss of lash. Moisture was also leaking from the inside of the cap and the area where the pump is located. There had been enough product leakage that the box began to peel and separate. I'm incredibly disappointed.
I really like this product; it's my first time using an eyelash cleaner, and I've had lash extensions for a long time. Cleaning them is so refreshing, and it's sometimes a must after removing your makeup.
