There are no refunds. I'm not sure what's in this bottle, but it's not what I was looking for. I've been using this product for years, and I bought this one because it was a few dollars less expensive, and it has a strange white foam in it that I've never seen before. Buyer beware: the real stuff comes in a small bottle like the one shown in the photo. This item isn't returnable because it's flammable, according to the description.
Edit: We noticed the bottle said "not for sale" in a dozen different languages when we looked closer.
Clinique makeup remover was on my list of things to order. The liquid is supposed to be completely clear. When I first received it, it was cloudy and bubbly, so I set it aside for two days, assuming the cloudiness was due to shipping. I'm not putting that on my eyes because it's still cloudy and bubbly, but because it's a liquid, I can't return it. I'm able to order liquids but not return them. That's something I'm not sure I understand. Now I have to toss a $20 product into the trash and go back to the store to repurchase it.
I've used this product before and know how much I like it, but the packaging was awful. When I removed the tape that held the lid together, I was left with a sticky lid and top part of the bottle. I'm currently using rubbing alcohol to try and remove the sticky, but I'm not having much luck. I haven't opened the package yet, but I'm confident that it is exactly what I was looking for; it's just that the tape ruined it for me.
My bottle was delivered in a box with a sealed bag inside. The liquid makeup remover was stuffed into the bag. The bottle's lid was loose when I took it out of the bag, and the remaining fluid had separated and would not mix. I wish I had read these reviews before buying this product because I would have bought it from a store. Returns are not possible. Instead, I'll see what I can do about getting a refund.
This is something I've used before and really liked. It seemed a little pricey, so I went to Walgreens and bought a well-known brand for nearly the same price; however, when I used it, I discovered it was extremely weak, and I had to use three times as much to accomplish the same task! As a result, it took a lot longer! I returned to purchase this because it is much better and is designed for older skin like mine.
It's a light, non-stretchy material. greasy, gentle, and extremely effective at removing water-resistant eye make-up It's gentle on the delicate skin around the eyes, as well as the lashes and lids. It is, without a doubt, the only eye make-up remover I will ever use!.
I'll keep it and live with it, but I'd much rather not lose any product; I haven't tried it yet, so fingers crossed!.
It does not leave a thick oil residue like most other products I've tried, and it has a mild scent. This is a product that I swear by!.
