I think it's oil-free, but it's awful. It just doesn't work. It's a bottle of hand sanitizer that is way too expensive. It was a huge letdown for me.
I use Marc Jacobs gel Highliner to remove it, and it works perfectly. I haven't yet discovered anything it won't get rid of. Put it on your finger and rub it around, then use a cotton round to clean up the mess. I hope this information is useful.

It does burn your eyes, as some people have claimed. It burns for about 20 seconds, maybe less, and then goes away if you use a clean makeup cloth, pad, or wipe; again, I've been using this and my vision is fine, my eyes are fine, and believe me, I have sensitive eyes. Let's move on to the makeup-removing ability. br>br> People- If you're saying it doesn't work, it's probably because you're globing it on and then rubbing it back and forth, which 1) causes you to lose/rip out your eye lashes, even if you used baby oil as a remover or actual drug store makeup remover, and 2) gets more into your eyes. When you put a few pumps of this stuff on a cotton pad (get one without ridges and one that isn't frizzy so your lashes don't get stuck in the fibers), place it over your eyes and gently press and hold for 10 minutes. There are 15 seconds remaining. It will take a little while for your makeup to "melt" off before you can gently slide it off. This method has always worked for me, even though I use a waterproof primer and waterproof mascara. The bottom line is that you must be gentle and patient when removing your makeup. Give it a try, I recommend it, and I only came to leave a review because I'm about to purchase more. This beats my baby oil and Neutrogena liquid eye makeup remover hands down. Also, after wiping off all of the excess with a clean cotton pad, I don't notice any stickiness on my skin.
I've tried a few drugstore brands and found them to be woefully inadequate. I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try because I've enjoyed all of the bliss products I've tried so far. This makeup remover is simply amazing! It has a light formula that removes eyeshadow and waterproof mascara in just two swipes. To remove the makeup, I don't have to keep wiping or pressing really hard. In addition, there is no greasy aftertaste. This is by far the most effective makeup remover I've ever tried! I'm going to stock up on this!.
Good product, but it burns if it gets into your eye by accident. As a result, I have a lot of mixed feelings about this. On one hand, I appreciate the fact that it does not leave an oily residue. However, if it gets into your eyes, it is extremely painful! I believe that if you put something on your eyes, it should not burn if it accidentally goes inside; however, it does remove eye makeup well and the value is good for the price; I would recommend it, but keep in mind that it burns if it accidentally goes inside your eye.
On the lower lid of one eye, I have mild eczema. It flares up if I don't wash off my mascara before it smears onto my skin, but most cleansers, including all-natural products and oils, cause it to flare up as well. It's been a week, and this cleanser has proven to be effective while remaining gentle. In addition, my skin is soft and supple. rich, but not gleaming.
My eyeliner and mascara are both waterproof. Getting rid of it is always a hassle. This stuff is the best; I've found that applying it directly to the makeup with a make-up brush or paint brush, letting it sit for a minute, then wiping it off is the best way to use it, and it works! Raccoon eyes are no longer an issue!.
It was my first time using Bliss Makeup Melt. Because it's non-greasy, this makeup remover outperforms everything else I've tried so far. Because I have eyelash extensions, I'm concerned that oils will damage them and cause them to wear out faster. I've tried using straight fractionated coconut oil, which works well but is extremely irritating to my eyes. I've also tried liquid eye makeup removers, which are effective but messy, and make me feel like I'm using more product than necessary. I enjoy sitting in bed and removing my makeup. strange--and most likely disgusting--situation However, I try to enjoy myself while watching television. Because of its gel-like consistency, the Makeup Melt does not spill. I also believe I use less product because it is easier to control. It's fantastic! For those who wear eyelash extensions, this is ideal!.
It's a pain to use and doesn't remove eye makeup quickly or easily. This product appealed to me because it was less expensive than my usual eye makeup remover and was cruelty-free. The gel made a huge mess on my face the first time I used it, but it didn't actually remove the makeup. Instead, my skin was covered in mascara streaks. I began with cotton pads, then moved on to cotton balls (which was a disaster!). It's all a mess, and I use twice as much cotton or tissue to remove all of the makeup as I have with any other product I've used. For the past three weeks, I've been attempting to adjust to using this product because I despise wasting goods. But I'm at a point where I can no longer cope with this. I'm going to use my tried-and-true eye makeup remover once again.
I use 3 pumps on my finger tips and gently rub away the eye makeup. If you get it in your eyes, it can sting.
