Townley Girl Disney Frozen 2 Hair Accessory Kit for Girls, Ages 3+ (20 pieces)

The deployment in Afghanistan currently has me in the country. This company was crucial to making my daughter smile while she was away, because her condition is not good while she is away from home. She opened it to find that it wasn't her hair set but a dinosaur car track set for a boy instead. It was all that I wanted, for my daughter to smile, but due to the incompetence of this company, I failed to achieve this goal. I would order it somewhere else, but the product itself looks great. There should not have been a need for me to contact Amazon on a war zone to inform them that a company couldn't even make sure they sent the right product. This seems like a simple task, so it is very concerning that they can't even do that. We will not repeat that mistake.

This product is adorable, but it came with several problems. The mirror is cracked, the hairbrush is damaged and has paint scraped off, the headband bow was not attached to the headband, and the pieces were all floating around in the packaging rather than being in the plastic tray. After using it, I expected the product to break almost immediately, but it did not last even after This is cute, but it does not work.

My gift was a bit too expensive even though I bought it for a gift. My guess is I could have got it at a dollar store. It's probably better to get items at DollarTreasure than at any other store! In addition, I have a broken mirror and a broken It will need to be opened so that I can try and put it back together for the sake of salvaging this overpriced present!
Steer clear of financial waste!.

The price is cheap and the quality is That gift is perfect for my daughter, and I'm glad I didn't wait until Christmas to give it to her. My heart would have been broken and I would have been disappointed With the exception of the brush and one of the bracelets that broke as soon as the package was opened, everything else had broken immediately. A lot of wear and tear did not cause it It was just a matter of wearing. It was only the small mirror that survived the whole thing. You deserve a pat on the back, little fella!
This item would not be recommended for purchase.

Within 1/2 hour some of the princesses (that were glued onto the hair ties) popped right off the hair ties when they saw this. The grandkids were so excited with this, and they opened it right up. It is also important to note that although the large pink bow looked cute on the front, the back of the wand had a few black smudges. . . The empty tissues went in the trash.

The girls had a great time, and the brush, mirror, and some hair to ties that were not decorated have survived so far. My opinion is that I would not buy it again.

Designed to be packaged better, but needs to be more appealing! It is a gift for a little girl who is 4 years old! I really like this! There was a little damage to the packaging when it arrived. Unfortunately, I was unable to salvage enough to give it.
