Other mechanical lip liners that I prefer are the gel formula 2 and the gel formula 3

It goes above and beyond. The gel formula of this lip liner piqued my interest, so I gave it a try. Every time I order a lip liner from Amazon, it appears to dry out almost immediately. I suppose the Milani pencil lip liners are the only exception. Although I am unable to comment on the film's color, I am a big fan of the formula. When I applied it, I didn't notice as much feathering work rumbling.
