In other words, As much as I would like to, I would not rate this 5-star. Also the product in the jar has melted, and no product remains in the cap or jar. There is something wrong with me. No big deal, but I'm not in the mood for this loss of 3$.
It is a set of four lip pencils that I ordered. Two of them had one color, and three of them had three Three (3) of another color in a pack. A total of two pencils were delivered to me, but one was defective. A section of the lip pencil was visible at the center (see photos).
I expect any lip pencil I order to come with a label containing an accurate product count and a label that displays the product inside the packaging. Is there anyone in charge of quality control?.
There was no stuffing in the liner! There was almost a sense that someone had opened the pencil and pulled out all of the cosmetic. This is strange.

It has a creamier texture than mac, but is drier than lipstick. Lipsticks (which are hard to wear with masks) often do not have long-lasting power.
