You're paying around 55 cents per lip liner, which is a fantastic deal, so I figured these would be a case of "you get what you pay for. " What a blunder I made. These are some of the best lip liners I've ever used; in one of the pictures, you can see three swatches where I compared these to Kylie Lip Liners and NYX, and the consistency of these and the Kylie Lip Liners is nearly identical. I'm not happy right now. I got my package and there were 54 of them in it. The pencil is in good condition. To avoid the pencil becoming too soft, keep it in a cool place. I received the package in good condition, but the colors were not to my liking. I don't need that many brown colors, so more than half of the 54 were nude/brown. To make it more balanced, they should review the colors they use in their packaging. Color coordination is causing me a lot of grief. I feel like I squandered my funds on so much of the same.
I read some of the reviews, and to be honest, I had no problems with my pencils. They arrived on time, and all of mine were long pencils with a beautiful and varied color palette. They're easy to apply and have a vibrant color. The color lasts a long time (bring your own color if you're going out for longer than 3 hours) and is very blendable. I've been really into ombre lips recently, and these give me a lot of options for a low price. If there are any drawbacks, they are that they don't last as long as a $30 Dior liner (which is a ridiculous comparison) and that the colors are all very similar. There wasn't much of a selection, and several of the pencils appear to be nearly identical. Even so, it's a fantastic deal. I wish there were more exotic colors to choose from. The most "Purple-y" color is used in the photo. y" from the bunch, as well as a matte Nars nude "Tashini" lipstick.
