As you rub this moisturizer into your skin, it turns darker than the shade in the pictures. I would recommend going a shade lighter than what matches your skin tone.

The best I have ever had! You have to choose just the right color first but once you find it you're all set. There are times when I want to drink this. This is my daily base! I wear it daily! Fairs out my skin tone and leaves me looking glowy without looking caked on but without looking caked on. There is no end to it. SPF is added to it, which makes it even more effective. It's great stuff, I love it! I was recommended to do this by a coworker It was so nice of her to come to work. Over it, I wear a Bare Minerals concealer for a little additional coverage when needed.

I have tried many Laura Mercier products in the past (I find her lip glazes to be so flattering, her foundation primers smooth on your foundation so easily, the subtle shimmer is great for adding natural-looking Yet I didn't think of trying a tinted moisturizer, even from a brand I liked, since I have dry skin prone to acne. I also have scarring from past breakouts, and therefore I thought more coverage was needed in a foundation. To me, tinted moisturizers usually seemed like something you could only wear if you already had good skin and were probably not going to I was wrong in so many ways. It was my first time using a Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer (not oil free), and I was pleasantly surprised with how well it covered and felt while being both light weight and hydrating. I am also aware that, knowing that I must use oil, Since I am always on the lookout for free products to help keep acne at bay, I decided to try it. My experience with this oil-free tinted moisturizer differs from the regular version in that it is a bit different in terms of texture. To begin with, I noticed that there was a difference in consistency. The regular version is lighter, but this one doesn't feel quite as light. My first impression of this is that it feels more like a BB cream compared to a lotion. After applying, I still enjoy the feeling on my face, but there is still a tiny Moreover, I noticed some variation in color in the same shade between the oil and the paper. As I compared free and regular versions on my skin in the store, the free version appeared more vibrant. In the end, I went with and preferred Blush in this oil even though it must have isolated to a particular batch. Although I was using nude in the regular version, I decided to switch to the free Having said that, I can tell you from my experience that if you are trying to move from the regular version to the oil-based version If you are free, it would be worth trying on your skin to make sure you get the right shade. When comparing versions, there is one thing that is uniform across them. provide good coverage for a tinted moisturizer while still remaining natural and avoiding any signs of makeup. I also enjoy the feeling of hydrated skin after using both. The oil feels very good in the hand, and overall I'm very pleased.
