I use it before and afterwards no matter what primer I am using. The price is locked in at 2. I have it on sub. It is sent out on the 19th of every month. You really got a deal there. There are 6 Walgreens in the country. It costs 99 cents and Walmart five dollars. This is my go-to primer water until I find a better one! If Wet n Wild were to discontinue this wonderful product, I would truly appreciate it.
It's a great feeling to use the setting sprays from Wet N Wild. Those are some really nice scents. We always love how the mister sprays out the product. It is great for before, during and after workouts. Because it's so cheap, I wasn't sure how I would feel if I didn't like it, but I figured I would be out only $4. The purchase of this book was a good one! What it says is exactly what it does, and I have the rose version, and it is refreshing and amazing. When I put it on under my makeup after washing my face, and then over it, it made my makeup last longer and look better.

My skin was so dry that before I could put on one layer of makeup, like to get halfway through it would chap and peel prior to getting the makeup on and so I thought this might help as kind of a protective moisturizing layer after my lotion and it really has. The primer will continue to be used on my face, but it might not be this exact one because I do want to try other primers but I have no complaints about this one especially because the price seems reasonable.
Despite wrapping it very well, a lot of liquid leaked out of the container, and less than half of the product arrived.
