It's a good product, just make sure to let it completely dry after you use it. It should be put on before you do your mascara otherwise you will have a runny mascara.

I like the way it works. There are limits to its waterproofness, but if it were you couldn't wash it off. My first few times spraying it on my face, I was kind of thrown off because it sounded pretty moist even after just a few quick spritzes.
