You can use this for bronzing, but I don't recommend it for darker skin tones such as myself (Mac C3), as this will be too dark. Light skin types may find this to be more of a contour shade.
In general, I am Asian, and my skin tone ranges from light to medium depending on the season. The only thing I use it for is The first time you apply it, it may take a few tries to figure out just how much to load your brush with, but it has blended very well for me. The best way to blend is to begin with a light hand, then build the color up until you reach the required depth.

The two concepts are not the same. Ahhh, me and the balm. You had only one job to do. This product has been in my household for years, but recently they changed the formula, and I am not a fan. I love how red the undertones are and how powdery it is. The product just makes my skin look blotchy when I apply it! a real shame, because I really liked this bronzer, and now that it's no longer talked about, no one seems to know In the original formulation, there were no fallouts, and the undertone was neutral enough to contour with, while still being yellow. As a bronzer, it works fine, but I find it to be not the same as the old formula. A v large part of me is upset and Having found a new bronzer, I have to find another one.
The matte finish of this bronzer allows it to produce no sheen or sparkle, which is great when you want to enhance your skin's complexion, but it doesn't look as glittery as other bronzers. I was fiified. I find that this does not completely fade out even when I use it every day. I prefer TheBalm products to other brands because you need only a little to cover a lot of face. I'm also pleased with the stability of the package, even though it is made of flimsy cardboard. I am very satisfied with the product.
When you do this right, it comes off as flawless. Of course, it could come off as chalky if you don't blend it properly, but it blends perfectly, as you should when contouring. This product has been in my collection for over a year now. I have used it constantly and haven't even reached the bottom of the pan. My expectation was that the Bahama Mama bronzer would be darker than other bronzers at The Balm. That's not the case in my opinion. My skin seems to respond very well to Bahama Mama's bronzer (similar to Chocolate Soleil from I've tested the Bahama Mama and this one looks darker in the pan, but they actually look quite similar on my skin. In my opinion, they are both good. The color of Chocolate Soleil becomes ever so slightly pink when heavily applied. In addition, the Bahama Mama develops a sheen if it is heavily applied over a cream or liquid foundation Chocolate Soleil does not have this problem. I don't see anything wrong with it. In terms of bronzer, I don't have a heavy hand. They are used interchangeably in my opinion. Color does not change between the two. My skin does not break out when I'm exposed to either. Having had a hard time finding a high quality bronzer from Macy's, I bought this again so I could not shell out money for my typical expensive brands. The Mary Kay big brush is what I use to apply it all over my face over my foundation, and it works great for me. I find it easy to spread over my average skin, which is neither too oily nor too dry, and it leaves me with the bronzing look I want. As a result, I typically apply it over sandy beige foundation, which is slightly darker than average, and I am neither two-blend nor two-tone A toned voice. It's always drawn me to the packaging of TheBalm, but I don't wear much makeup, so I'm glad that some of their products come in travel sizes. The matte, neutral shade of this cafe color serves as a great eyeshadow and sometimes to fill in the inner part of my brows as well. I have used the packaging almost daily for a few months. Although it is mostly cardboard, it feels sturdy and does not show any signs of damage. You may find a small mirror useful, but I am not sure it's very useful Perhaps you could use that in a pinch, however I would prefer to get a bigger mirror. But the bronzer might be a little dusty, and it has these odd pebbles I use a brush to apply it that looks like chunks. Although I think it would look great on my eyes, it's easy to apply and looks great.
Although I was really excited to try out this product, the amount of pigment appeared to be quite small and by the end of the day, it disappeared from my skin.
