The brush was not included when I bought this product in January.
This will be ideal for bronzing, as it is too dark for bronzing on lighter skin tones like mine (mac C3). For lighter skin, this is more of a contour shade.
I'm Asian, and depending on the season, my skin tone ranges from light to medium. It's almost entirely dedicated to contouring for me. It may take a few tries to figure out how much to load your brush with when applying, but I've found that it blends beautifully. Start with a light hand and gradually build up to the desired depth while blending thoroughly.

NOT AT ALL THE SAME. THEBALM THEBALM THEBALM THEBALM THEBALM THEBALM THE ONE JOB WAS ALL YOU HAD. I've been using Bahama Mama for years, but the formula was recently changed, and I don't like it. It has a bright red undertone and a powdery finish. My skin looked blotchy after I applied it! It's a shame because I really liked this bronzer; it was the original bronzer, and no one even mentions it anymore. The original formula was silky smooth, had no fallout, and had a yellow undertone that was taupe enough for contouring. The new formula works as a bronzer, but it's not the same as the old one, in my opinion. I'm in a bad mood and feeling down. I'll have to go out and buy a new bronzer now.
When compared to one purchased from The Balm's website, the packaging and color were different, and the texture was different as well, being significantly chalkier than the original. Buying directly from the company's website is probably the best option!.
That's not the case, in my opinion. Chocolate Soleil (from Too Faced) and Bahama Mama bronzer look very similar on my skin. Although the Bahama Mama appears darker in the pan, they are very similar on my skin. Both of them appeal to me. If you use a lot of Chocolate Soleil, you'll notice that it's slightly pinker. If applied heavily over cream or liquid foundation, the Bahama Mama develops a sheen. Chocolate Soleil, on the other hand, does not have this problem. It isn't an issue at all. When it comes to bronzer, I don't go overboard. I switch back and forth between the two. Neither of them alters their appearance in any way. I'm not bothered by either of them. The most significant distinction is that - Bahama Mama does not have a chocolate scent. br>br>I've tried Benefit Hoola, but it's a lighter shade that doesn't show up on my skin.
fied. br>I use this on a daily basis and find that it does not fade completely. The pigmentation is good, and as with other TheBalm products I've tried, a little goes a long way with this one. br>Also, despite the fact that the packaging is made of flimsy cardboard, it has held up well. In general, this is a fantastic product!.
This is one of my favorite products for contouring and eyeshadow application. Sure, if you don't blend it well enough, it can look chalky, but if you blend properly, as you should when contouring, you'll get the most flawless application. I've tried the Lorac contour palette and the Anastasia contour palette, but nothing comes close to this product, which I've had for over a year and haven't even scratched the surface of. I thought it was finished and cracked when I dropped it down my 15 steps, but nope, it was protected. Don't be fooled by the small packaging; as I previously stated, I use it almost every day and haven't even reached the bottom of the pan in over a year. I simply cannot say enough good things about this product!.
eyeshadow that is appealing to the eye I've always liked TheBalm's packaging, but I don't wear much makeup, so I'm glad they offer travel sizes of some of their products. This matte, neutral cafe shade is used as an eyeshadow and to fill in the inner part of my brows on occasion. After a few months of almost daily use, the packaging, which is mostly cardboard, feels sturdy and shows no signs of breaking down. A small mirror is available, but I'm not sure how useful it will be to anyone. I suppose you could use it in a pinch, but if at all possible, I'd prefer to find a larger mirror. The bronzer, on the other hand, is a little dusty and has these strange, pebble-like particles in it. When I use an eyeshadow brush to apply it, it looks like chunks. It does, however, look great on my eyes and is simple to apply.
I was really excited to try it out, but it didn't show up very well on my skin and was completely gone by the end of the day. This looks pretty dark in the pan, so I assumed it was a universal contour/bronzer shade, but it's the same as the Nars Laguna Brozner for me. It barely shows up, and I have to use a lot of makeup to make it visible. That's how much it doesn't show up on me, despite the fact that I swiped my brush so many times and didn't even tap off the excess. I'm not even that dark; I'd describe my skin tone as medium (warm nude in Maybelline fit me in the winter, natural beige in the summer). I'll just stick with my bare minerals faux tan bronzer, which is fantastic, but I was looking for a pressed powder option.
This is my second purchase of this bronzer because I didn't want to pay the high price tag of my usual Macy's brand. I use my Mary Kay big brush to apply it over my foundation all over my face, and it works great. It glides on smoothly over my normal skin, which is neither too dry nor too oily, and gives me the bronzing effect I desire. I usually apply it over a sandy beige foundation that is a shade darker than average for me, and I am not two-toned. toned. I use a large brush to apply the powder in a sweeping motion to avoid heavy powder spots. After my foundation has had a chance to dry, I apply this. I'll get darker spots on my face if I use it right after foundation, so I'll wait a day. After 2 minutes, apply the foundation. I really like it.
